This place is a hidden gem in St. Lucia! The beautiful, lush environment and the welcoming atmosphere made our stay truly unforgettable. We loved the personal touch from the staff, who made us feel like family. Although the lack of AC in our cottage made it feel a bit warm at times, the peaceful surroundings made it all worth it. Dining was excellent, although the limited menu could be improved. Overall, a fantastic experience with some minor drawbacks.

My stay at Fond Doux was quite the experience. The location is surrounded by stunning greenery and offers a glimpse into the local plantation life, which I loved. However, the property is in serious need of upkeep and maintenance. While the staff was friendly and did their best, the overall dining experience left much to be desired with inconsistent service and lackluster food. It felt like a missed opportunity given the beautiful setting.
